Every winter, the desert comes alive with the 'Rann Utsav' festival, where people come to see colorful embroidery, hear folk music, and ride camels across the salt flats. It's also a very important place for beautiful pink flamingos, who come here to build their nests in the salty mud. The Rann of Kutch is a place where the earth and sky seem to meet in an endless white horizon!
